There are several ways to get rid of warts at home on your own. I will mention a method that seems to work wonders for others. Of course, please ensure that you are careful not to allow dirt and other contaminants to become involved with your chosen home remedy. This method sounds a little bit barbaric to most, but it's actually quite effective. You can actually remove a wart by using a piece of duct tape. Here are the steps that are involved with this particular method of wart removal.

You have to moisten in the wart beforehand:
It is best to moisten your wart before applying the tape to it. This is necessary so that when the tape is ready to be peeled off, the wart will be soft and thus easier to rip off.

Apply a piece of duct tape to the warts that you would like to remove:
Cut off a small piece of duct tape and place it on the surface of of your wart that has been moistened. Make sure that you leave it on your wart for at least a week before you attempt to take it off. There is a chance that it will fall off on its own which is okay also.

Since the tissues of the wart have been weakened by the addition of moisture, coupled with the lack of air circulation around the wart while the tape has been attached to it, the chance of it coming off along with the duct tape is high.I was able to use an advanced system to ensure that the wart that was on my finger would disappear and would never reappear again into the future.

I suggest that you follow the link to the following site that highlights a system that I highly recommend to others: http://MolesWartsAway.com Also, I suggest that you visit: Removing Finger Warts and More
